How Can You Make a Difference Utilizing the Scrip Program?

 

The Scrip Program is Pennekamp's biggest fundraising program.  Scrip costs you nothing extra to buy and comes in the form of gift certificates or debit cards that you can use in retail and restaurant establishments.  The difference between the face value of Scrip and the discounted price from the merchants generates revenue for Pennekamp.  We also get a percentage of your purchases when you use your registered Vons and Ralphs Club Cards or swipe your Albertson's/Sav-On Community Cards every time you shop.  The funds raised from the Scrip Program are used by the Pennekamp PTA to help enrich our children's education.

 

What to Do?

 

Get in the habit to purchase Scrip on a regular basis using the weekly order form found in your Tuesday envelope or on Fridays during ice cream sales near the cafeteria.

 

You may also submit the scrip order form via the Tuesday envelope.

 

Register your Ralphs Club Card

 

Send us your name, address, phone number and Ralphs Club Card Number and we'll register your card for you.  If you don't know your club card number, just check your grocery receipt.  Once you're registered, you should see "Thanks for giving to your community" at the bottom of your receipts every time you swipe your card.

 

Get on-line to register your Vons Club Card

 

Everyone must sign on or renew their Vons Club Card at www.escrip.com using the Pennekamp ID#137115715.

 

Use the Albertsons/Sav-On Community Card

 

Swipe the Albertsons/Sav-On Community Card when you make purchases OR if you have a Preferred Savings Card that too works in conjunction with the community card.  Ask a clerk for more information.

 

Get your Family and Friends Involved

 

Encourage your friends and family to utilize our Scrip program.  We'll be making our weekly order forms available on the PK website within the next week or two.  Also, have them register their grocery club cards and get extra Albertsons/Sav-On Community Cards to pass out to them.  We do receive credit for their purchases, wherever they may live.

 

Be a Scrip Volunteer
