The Pennekamp Dragons have assemblies several times per year.  During assemblies, Character Counts awards are given to students from each class, and other awards are presented as well.

Mr. Keldrauk gets things started and presents awards to Character Counts honorees.  The character trait for this assembly was trustworthiness.

Winners from the PTA Reflections Art contests received certificates, too.

Ms. Tower took the stage to give awards to kids who ran enough laps during P.E. class to qualify for the marathon club.
