Pennekamp
students, teachers and staff proudly presented the annual open

student efforts.

Students
were anxious to point out their favorite projects

and every
available inch of space was covered with student work!

Alumni
returned to greet their former teachers and students and parents
visited not only their current and former classrooms but their
future
classrooms as well!

Everyone
loved the Artist in Residence displays. Here are just two of
them--Mr. Hugo's "Create a Machine" project and Ms.
Radha's "The Trial of the Big Bad Wolf" drama
project. Thank you to the Pennekamp PTA for sponsoring the
Artist in Residence program in our classrooms.

From
dioramas displaying important events in American History to
autobiographies,

"My
Island" creations and animal reports,

parents,
siblings, and friends were awed by what they saw.

MBUSD
Superintendent Dr. Gwen Gross was in attendance and let students
know how proud of them she is.

Every
classroom was filled with families admiring the culmination of

a
year's worth of work.
