Pennekamp's third grade classrooms held a Mothers' Tea on Friday, May 6.

Mothers wait outside the classrooms for the tea to begin.  Eager hosts and hostesses wait outside of Mrs. Hunt's room to escort their mothers to their seats.

The food was beautifully presented

and carefully served.

Entertainment 

in the form of songs

and poetry

brought much laughter

and many a tear to all the mothers.

It was a time to celebrate

the very special people that mothers are

and to take the time to say 

"Thank You"

for the unconditional love

that mothers always have in never ending supply.

P.S.  Your mothers all want you to know that we LOVED the fact that you cleaned up afterwards!
